If you feel anxious, uneasy, or separated from your spirit, it may be time to soothe your soul.  Step away from the chaos of the day and allow yourself to slip into quiet peace.  You can do this through mediation, prayer, nature walks or any activity that takes you away from the busyness of your day. At first it may seem uncomfortable to be in silence but, over time, you will feel enveloped in the love that constantly soothes your soul.
