Sometimes it feels that we are pushed and pulled in a million different directions.  During the tug of war, it’s easy to lose sight of yourself.  The kids have needs, your partner has needs, your friends have needs and your boss has needs.  With all the needs of others, when do you find time to address your needs?  Taking time to replenish yourself is a necessary part of self-survival.  Here are a few things you can do when you feel the constant demands of everyday life is fraying your ends.

1. Take a short walk.

2. Go for a drive.

3. Meditate.

4. Read a book.

5. Take in a matinée.

Spending time alone can be the best therapy when you feel worn thin.  Try it out and let me know the results.
